The primary material of the M. FLAVOR coated artificial casings is a seven-layer shrinking artificial casing designed with a high (8-12%) overfilling capacity. The product can be easily filled and pressed, even when dry. It is recommended form hams, cold cuts, pre-cooked meat products, liver-based products, patés and processed cheese. Our partners can choose from around 70 types of coated M. FLAVOR products in three categories for small and large scale production.
