New M. Flavor HALAL products

Our M. FLAVOR product range includes coated casings and foils, which are suitable for coating foods that are permissible to be consumed by Muslims. The primary materials used for these products, as well as the production, storage and food safety criteria of our artificial casing plant comply with the requirements of Halal. The Hungarian Islamic Community and M Profood Zrt. have signed an agreement, according to which we can produce and export Halal products to any country in the world. Our products are HALAL-certified. As a result of our development programme launched in the second half of 2014, the following new products (artificial casings and foils) have been developed:

New Clean label products

In line with customer demands, an increasing number of food industry companies try to add traditional, more natural products to their portfolio. Such demands require us to develop not only new products, but also new processing technologies. Now we can find Clean Label products on the market, which are free from allergens, flavour enhancers and low in or free from additives. The range of Clean Label products is very wide, including All Natural products, which contain natural ingredients only, organic products, which include ingredients that were produced without the use of artificial chemicals, and products which are free from E-numbered additives. M. Flavor at the IFFA international trade fair

In 2013 the M. FLAVOR coated artificial casings and foils have been presented for trade professionals for the second time at the international IFFA trade fair in Frankfurt. Following our coated artificial casings and foils, at the 2013 fair we showcased our novelty products, such as the M. FLAVOR Ring Smoke, the TOP-barrier smoke coated ring-casings and the M. FLAVOR FKN, our state-of-the-art polyamide TOP-barrier coated natural intestine imitations for visitors interested in truly innovative products.
